In the event that an accident or an incident or near miss takes place, then we can undertake a comprehensive investigation to identify the cause, underlying cause and root causes and suggest recommendations to ensure that any chance of a re-occurrence is reduced.
We can also assist in the reporting of notifiable incidents under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations 2013 via the RIDDOR system to the enforcing authority should this be required and provide support when liaising with the enforcing authorities.
Additionally, we offer Accident Investigation training to provide managers with the necessary tools to investigate an incident should an incident occur.
